When you use the bot, it stores the workout data you send to it (exercise names, sets, reps, times, dates) in order to provide the tracking and reminder features.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Workout data you log via the bot is stored securely and is accessible only to you. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@repmarkbot.com.
We use Creem (creem.io) to process payments. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. We use Telegram's Bot API to deliver the product — Telegram's privacy policy governs your use of Telegram.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers.

RepMarkBot is a Telegram-based sports tracking bot. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the bot once it launches. The product is currently in pre-launch. You are purchasing early access as a founding member.
The founding member price is $15 USD, charged as a single one-time payment. This grants lifetime access with no recurring fees. After the founding period, the product will be offered at a monthly subscription price.
Access to RepMarkBot will be delivered via email and Telegram once the product launches. Founding members will be personally onboarded by the founder. Target launch: within 60 days of reaching 20 founding members.
You may use RepMarkBot for personal sports and fitness tracking. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the product. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the bot.
RepMarkBot is a tracking and reminder tool and does not constitute fitness, medical, or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program.
RepMarkBot is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.

If RepMarkBot does not launch within 90 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@repmarkbot.com with your order number.
Outside of the launch guarantee, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed and approved at our discretion. We want every founding member to feel good about their decision.
Email support@repmarkbot.com with your order number and reason. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
